Exceptional service from start to finish. Communication with the owners Glyn and Sue was first class. The product looks great and the installation was seem less.
Incredibly competitive on price and so nice to support a smaller and local business.We have been highly reassured by the after sales service and have no hesitation that this will be just as good. From initial call and same day survey to completed install took 10 days. The guy was plain talking, no jargon and didn't do down the other Companies as two others who quoted did. The price was excellent in comparison to other quotes, so we chose 24/7 to carry out the work. The door needed to be taller than the existing one and this was achieved without fuss. They arrived as promised and completed the job in the time allotted. The installers including the salesman (Owner) made the install straight forward, removing and disposing of the old door and workings and leaving the site tidier than when they came!
They gave us instruction and a demonstration on using the handsets and the emergency handle operation.
All in all a great experience and we would wholeheartedly and honestly recommend 24/7 Garage Doors.
