We contacted 24/7 on the recommendation of a friend to install a new electrical socket. They talked us through different options and were very responsive to messages etc. On the day they were punctual, friendly, super efficient and left everything really clean and tidy after completing the job to a really high standard. They also have us helpful advice on an unrelated boiler issue. We would recommend and will definitely use them again.

I had my bathroom refitted to an excellent standard a few months back, earning admiring comments from Christmas visitors. Today I texted with an unrelated query regarding my heating and I was fully prepared to call out a local plumber to fix it but, to my amazement and gratitude, my engineer talked me through exactly diagnosing the problem and then gave me step by step guidance to fix it myself. Fantastic service! From the initial call speaking to their very friendly team, they came out on the same day, repaired our shower, and replaced our basin tap cartridge.
