Had a really great experience (again) with Kwik Fit West Norwood this week for an MOT that failed, issue rectified and then retested. Quick, professional and helpful (despite a power outage). Highly recommend. I have been using them for a few years now and never feel like I'm getting ripped off as I have in other garages in the past

I had a slow puncture so went to see if my tyre could be repaired. Although it was obvious they were busy, I was seen in under 5 minutes, the tyre was off & I was shown the nail that had caused the damage. It was repaired at a reasonable price & I was on my way in less than an hour. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, polite & helpful. I wasn't patronised or spoken to in a condescending way. I have used West Norwood Kwik Fit previously & have always found them to be trustworthy so I was pleased to see this is still the case.

I have to say, my visit to Kwik Fit in West Norwood was a great experience! Martin and his team were welcoming, friendly, and efficient, even while managing a heavy workload. After having a tire issue that wasn’t fully resolved at another location (Streatham High Road), and after being sent back twice, I decided to give it a go at West Norwood, and they immediately understood the problem and took care of it. It was a refreshing, stress-free experience, and I really appreciate their professionalism. Well done and keep the good work! 👍🏻

Only good at doing simple jobs and like serving people who dont have a clue what to look for. You never have enough staff. The apprentice was working on my tyres, I needed the back ones done but he took off the front one's instead. Then I paid in full for an alignment that didn't get done properly because they couldn't undo a 13mm nut. 6 years ago had exactly the same problem with a different car. Save your money, take it to someone who actually wants to do the job properly and knows what they're doing. The guys there are like teenager only do a good job on their own cars or their mates.
