Helped me with very troublesome OS High Sierra installation on old 2010 Macbook that was driving me mad! Replaced cables + ram and fitted ssd holding bar as drive was loose. Would highly recommend for getting older Macs repaired and running!

Faizan - what a great man:)

Managed to drop my MacBook Pro (fell off the bed) and cracked the screen. Not only was the screen cracked but all the display went weird on one side.

I was looking at the apple shop to see what basic computer that I could buy as a replacement then thought it was worth finding out iff it could be repaired.

By pure luck, Faizan's shop came up when I searched- went in and he said he could fix it - no problem. I returned a couple of hours later - sorted.

I would truly recommend Faizan. He is friendly, efficient and his price is far lower than apple would rip you off for and far quicker.

Apple Repairs fixed my MacBook Pro a couple of days ago.
The hinge holding the lid had completely broken and I was faced with replacing it with a new or used laptop. I rang them and they said they would be able to fix it and at a price that was a lot less than I thought possible. Not only that they assured me they would fix it the same day. They were brilliant, saying it would take about 2 hours. They rang me after just 90 mins telling me it was ready for collection.
Superb service and they have saved me a lot of £££££'s
10/10 from a very, very satisfied customer.

Efficient, Professional, Fast Service My work MacBook Air 13 inch displayed a blank startup screen . Went into a major panic as had presentations which had not been saved. Firstly, contacted Apple to ascertain diagnostic and repair lead times they stated 7 to 10 days. This was an unacceptable time frame. Contacted Apple Repairs Leicester and they told me to get to the shop and they would carry out a diagnostic test ,this was done and the fault ( required new charge ports ) was actioned while I waited.The quote was very reasonable, had it back within the hour, so much faster than the apple store offered me and much more convenient with the lack of appointment needed! It has been working perfectly ever since. Apple Repairs Leicester were very efficient, and offer exceptional service . They also explained that my MacBook Air required a new battery and was told that I could book it in and it would only take three hours to complete the installation. I am so grateful to them for ensuring I could make the presentation deadline!! Will definitely be bringing all my apple problems back to Apple Repairs Leicester in the future! Cannot thank them enough!!
