Went for a brake check which I had booked online. Somehow a glitch on the system hadn't recorded my appointment. At the time I couldn't find the booking, and the lad told me I'd gone to the wrong qwik fit....

I went and sat in my car and eventually found the booking confirmation and took it back inside where I was attended to by another member of staff, who was absolutely lovely. He had a quick look at the brakes and booked it for another time to have the work done. Great customer service, rather than leaving unhappy and feeling cross, I left feeling that I had been heard rather than dismissed.

Took the car in for a service. Unfortunately, when they tried to open the oil canister, it broke because a previous garage had overtightened it. Kwik Fit took care of everything, sourcing a new canister and installing it at no extra cost. Really appreciate the great service and them going the extra mile!

Did a timing belt replacement for my Ford Focus (not a wet belt thankfully) here last week. I got a few quotes from other garages, this garage was giving the best price and they have good reviews. I would highly recommend getting your timing belt changed here. Plus, they have brilliant service and a very knowledgeable team.

Very friendly & warm welcome! MOT carried out immediately & completed within 45 mins. Really helpful chap who handed me my MOT certificate who even gave me extra advice about an issue with someone else’s car. Great experience & very smooth visit.

Staff went out of their way to help when you could see they were extremely busy.
