We've used Ste in the past to change taps, but it's good to have a reliable plumber on hand. He came today on time to replace the electric shower unit. We changed Triton to Triton as he advised this was preferable due to the piping. Triton recommends replacement units and he fitted it within a few hours. He tested the unit, tidying up after himself and applying silicone to a hole exposed through the switch. He luckily had availability within a week of contacting him and his pricing was competitive with Tritons own pricing for replacement.

Rang Stephen this morning, last night we noticed water dripping from the ceiling under the bathroom. He was able to come out later in the morning. Found out what the problem was after managing to remove the bath panel which was a problem in itself. He explained everything before he started the work and tested it after to make sure everything was ok. He left leaving everything clean and the old pipe which he had replaced.

Steve came to do quite an urgent job for me of capping some pipes before some other work could be completed. He was able to come at a specific time to work around this which was much appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout.
Steve was on time and very professional. I'm extremely happy with the work done, price was competitive and everything was left clean and tidy.
I have already booked him in to do some other jobs (new radiator and service our boiler).
