After years of good service, these guys have really tripped and fallen over their wires!...

You'd think that the ''technician'' would have spotted that have two hard drives installed on my laptop (an internal one and an external one) when he was trying to wipe my laptop clean of all it's data (I wanted to sell it).

Yet, after wiping my laptop clean, he (the man with the glasses) installed the operating system on to the external hard drive, not the internal one. And, as a result of his very foolish error, the speed of my Acer Aspire had really slowed down...

This resulted in me taking my Acer back to the ''technician'' for him to fix an issue which he caused in the first place!.. It was only when my CF had died down (I could only then think more clearly) I realised what this crook had done...As you can imagine his error is not something any of the team are willing to admit to, not even his boss...Yes. I was charged to fix the issue..I guess these guys aren't as ' Trust-worthy'' as I first thought..

I'll be sure to trust my custom elsewhere in the future...

Thank God there's an internet cafe on the same main road for me to go to instead.

It was good experience. My laptop keyboard was not working properly so, he ordered the keyboard from eBay and took 40£ for repairing it. It's been a month now and my laptop is working perfectly

Very helpful and quick fix. Windows crashed on Sony Vaio and had data showing of 390gb took it Trust Computers. Lad call Ali was really helpful and did recovery in 3/4 hours. Collected same day for a fraction of price I would've paid if it had been high end repairers. Would definitely recommend.

Sent my Xbox to be fixed last month. Came back fine and then a month later the same issue. Sent to be repaired elsewhere and they have seen that there has been unfixable damage caused by their 'repairs'. I am now having to purchase a new Xbox

Blue screen and overheating problems on my Sony VAIO - I was naturally concerned because my laptop has over 100 GB of data in music and work documents etc.
Ali the owner knew precisely what the problem was within 5 mins of looking at it.
He tried to reinstall the graphics drivers first to no avail and then went on to fix the physically damaged graphics card as well as removing my fan cooler and cleaning it thoroughly to prevent any issues from reoccurring.
On top of this he also replaced a few screws that were missing from the screen joints without me having asked to.
Ali is clearly a professional with years of technical knowledge and experience and will explain exactly what's wrong in detail before he proceeds to fix it.
Great guy, great service, great business, great prices.

Firstly, I cracked my acer laptop screen so I ordered the screen off ebay to reduce the cost.. I went to a shop and they told me they couldn't do it because I bought the screen myself... so sadly, I left and on my way home I found Trust computers! they said I saved myself a lot of money by ordering it myself and that they would fix it before the end of the day. I called them when I got home and they said they already fixed it.. I collected it the next day and the laptop was as good at new ... they did it for an incredibly affordable price as well...
Secondly, after I broke my screen in December, now in April something happened to my laptop and it would turn on but the screen remained black so I took the laptop to them, they diagnosed it and fixed it on the same day for a fabulous price again... I trust Trust Computers... They are quick, reliable , affordable and their communication is absolutely clear...
