I’m totally illiterate when it comes to IT & I was struggling to replace cartridges on my printer - which had arrived with the minimum of instructions. I called Altrincham IT services & cartridges & spoke with Monika. I think she worked out quite quickly that she was dealing with an idiot & suggested I went to see her in Altrincham.
She was patience personified & took me through the process on a printer she had prepared for me, sending me off with “now go home, you can do it now & call me after”.
Well Monika, I went home & I did it - thanks to you & your patience & kindness. Thank You!

After contacting 3 other print repair shops in Manchester I come across Altrincham It and straight away they were more helpful than any other company that I contacted even before I actually visited the shop. At the shop they were both lovely and very helpful along with being very honest which the other printer companies I spoke with were rude and didn't want to give me the time of day.

I Highly recommend Altrincham It services if you need printer repairs in Manchester.

An absolutely great team. Monika and John are extremely helpful and genuinely want you to benefit from what you spend your money on. These guys are just like finding a good doctor, hairdresser, accountant etc. You know they are going to do a good job every time.
