Brilliant service and kept to price quoted even though he had to spend more time and money in the fix. Not sure he wants me to tell everyone this as he didn’t enjoy the super fiddly nature of the job but the batteries had died in my Sony earbuds (WF-1000XM4) and better eyesight and hands than mine were needed or it was £200+ useless. Fixed now and lasting as long as they did from new…compared to the useless 20 minutes they dropped to

Quoted me 3x cheaper than the next nearest pricing from another repair shop in the area.

Wanted a quote, told them what the work would be and didn't give me any BS such as, 'Well maybe it could be this and this will cost X amount extra...' like other computer repair shops were trying to say.

I'm no expert, but appreciate that the JA Computers gave a straightforward price for the work I detailed.

Ended up fixing the problem myself, but after ringing around I'll come to these guys next time I'm stumped.
