Not all heros wear capes! I had some trouble on the motorway, 1 hour into a 3 hour journey. We pulled in and the guys here were so helpful, they got my wheel arch secured and I was on my way again. Thanks Team!

Overall I have been very pleased with the professionalism I received from Kwik Fit in Banbury. Especially from the manager Paul. My car had a few issues and it required parts being ordered, and several visits. However, I have been very impressed by the way Paul overcame the problem and resolved the issues for me.

Today is the second time I've visited Kwik Fit Banbury, and I have been very pleased with the friendly, efficient service.
Today, the tyres I ordered online earlier this week hadn't arrived as scheduled, and Paul went out of his way to ensure I left with a pair of new tyres.

DO NOT GO HERE AS A LONE FEMALE DRIVER! Initially I had a brilliant experience, however after being told my two front tyres would cost over £230 I called them back to cancel the appointment as I had found tyres for £52 each at Halfords. I was assured they would price match and this conversation was heard over the phone and I thought this was brilliant customer service.

The first time I went here I was with my partner and there was no issue. Today I went for my tyre appointment, rescheduling my whole day. For a male worker to tell me they can’t price match, this wasn’t said to me and I was going to be charged £230 for two tyres. Belittling me and making me feel intimidated. I was trying to explain I had driven here under the impression my tyres would be fitted for a price matched rate and I had even asked for the other male worker to confirm I was not making this up. Because I was alone, a female trying to sort my car these males within this shop took full advantage of this and tried to charge me 4 times the amount for the same tyres. I will not be attending here again to be treated like this. I am disgusted that this behaviour happens on a daily basis from people supposedly trying to do their job. DO NOT GO HERE AS A LONE FEMALE… take someone with you, so you can’t be mislead and charged more than men are charged for their cars. This rang true when a female and her partner came in as I was there and she was quoted £200 for four tyres. This is wholly unacceptable and needs to be investigated, giving out different prices because females are alone. Disgusted.
