Customer Warning:

I took my phone to this shop for repairs, which cost me a total of £260. Unfortunately, the workmanship was subpar—the adhesive was visible, and the screen protector was poorly applied. However, what was most concerning was discovering that someone in the shop accessed my phone and left a review for their other business. While I’m unsure if they accessed any other apps or data, I was deeply alarmed by this breach of privacy. When I returned to the shop to address the issue, the manager admitted that it was likely one of his employees responsible. I am extremely disappointed by this unprofessional and unethical behavior.

Took my Samsung S21 Ultra in to have the charger port cleaned and it was done very well at a great price , would definitely come back if I have any issues with my phone in future. Also gave me good advice to avoid it becoming blocked again.
