These guys went above and beyond for me.
I initially went into Phonebox Gadgets, of which I had the worst experience, the phone screen broke within the week of the repair and how they treated me I would never wish on anyone.
I went into Mobile Bitz and not only did they help me to receive a refund, they fixed my phone better than anyone could and took my phone to their repair centre within the same day, delivered it to my home address out the of the kindness of their hearts and it was far cheaper than the others.
They absolutely are the best not only in Banbury but I would say their customer service is the best I have ever received in all industries.
I cannot thank them enough and would strongly encourage anyone to take their service to these guys.
Their management deserve to recognise the amazing team they have.

Had my phone screen repaired here after the guys at phonebox gadgets messed up a battery replacement, they broke my screen in the process and claimed that the screen was already broken before he did the battery replacement, the guy here had a look at the screen and confirmed that the damage came from prying open the phone screen so any damage to the screen would've been impossible since the damage was on the inside of the screen from being pried open unprofessionally dont trust the guys at phonebox gadgets with your phone they are ill equipped to handle your devices and rude and dishonest don’t let their lower prices sway you, you get burned just as i did.

Had a nightmare with my phone... my service provider was rubbish an long winded! So mobile bitz is next to ee in Banbury... very helpful with anything... very knowledgeable...

Absolute lifesaver! I came in this morning with a phone that was on 5% and wouldn't charge. I explained that I already had a replacement phone and just needed to be able to charge my old phone again so that I could transfer all my data over. The guy in the shop was super friendly and helpful! I came in prepared and willing to pay for a new battery or charging port, but after a little while he managed to get my phone to charge on their wireless charger. He then allowed me to leave my phone there to charge whilst I was running errands. When I came back he said I should keep the phone on the charger whilst doing the data transfer just to be safe and he got me a chair and let me sit there for 40 minutes and had a lovely chat with me as well. This honestly saved my weekend! I also had a screen protector fitted to my new phone whilst I was waiting and he did that brilliantly as well. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough!

Absolutely amazing service, my screen broke, he ordered me a new one and fitted it within 2 days I had my phone back like brand new! Absolutely amazing I wouldnt go anywhere else!!!
