Please please avoid this hsb salon I paid £300 for 6 laser sessions I have had not even 1% of reduction on my hair growth on my face. I asked if I can pay half now half after the sessions are done and was told no I have to pay in full. When I went in for my first session I was told that I will get permanent hair removal from my face from these sessions. I’ve had my sessions and it has left me in financial debt of £300 depression because I still have to shave everyday. The lady who is the owner and her husband con customers out of their hard earned money and leave customers with 0 satisfaction. The lady owner after I phoned in to complain not happy with my results told me I had attitude because I wanted half my money back because I didn’t get the results I wanted had the audacity to tell me I’m lying and didn’t pay £300 and told me to come in and bring receipts. It’s all on the record how much I paid. Please do not enter this salon unless you want to conned out of your money. Their laser machine is cheap and doesn’t work as it should yet they take customers money first so then u don’t have any other options but to continue with the treatment. I’m left with £300 out of pocket depressed because I have to shave everyday. Please do your research before getting anything done. Now they have offer on laser sessions of £160 for 6 sessions just to con more customers it’s fraud don’t buy into please please please, I will add pics to show proof. This picture is after having sessions. My laser session was for full face and neck I’m not showing my face for privacy reason but you can clearly see my neck. The appointment card clearly shows I had 4 laser sessions not 2 as the company have said after reading my review and it also shows my appointment which I have come to which are not even 4 weeks apart so please before accusing customers off lying check your facts, and off course you won’t give my money back because you are a con business you and your wife take full payment off customers because you know your services are rubbish.

I had an amazing experience at this laser hair removal center! The staff was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The treatments were quick and virtually painless, and I already see fantastic results. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and effective solution!

I've been a customer for a very long time for eyebrow and lip services!...... by Sana and have had no complaints with these services UNTIL I decided to have my hair permed ☹... unfortunately my experience having my hair "permed" was the worst experience I've ever had in a hairdressers in my 45 years of life, I have never witnessed anything like it from a "professional" establishment,

I attended my appointment at 10.15am and there until 2.30pm, during this time there was no heating. I was absolutely freezing, it was so cold that my stylist had too keep running her hands under hot water because she was unable to use the curlers effectively. Also during this whole appointment I was not offered a hot drink the entire time. I was so cold and thirsty i had to ask for a hot drink. To which I was told " our milk has gone off" . There was another member of staff not working, i suggested she could go and get milk, eventually when I received my drink.....it was cold. Then my stylist put the perming solution on my hair , after this process was complete I was told to sit under the hairdryer, This hairdryer wasn't working properly and didn't even blow a decent amount of hot air. Also I was under this for only 20 minutes and my hair was still considerably wet , when the curlers were removed my hair was not rinsed properly, maybe for around a minute. Although the curlers were washed for longer than that, when all of the curlers were removed and everything was done I was sat there with soaked hair. As a result the curls didn't hold and my hair has became wavey. I looked into into the mirror and my FIRST Statement "oh Damn I look like ozzy Osborne GONE WRONG " the stylists response was " let it dry naturally when it's dry the curls will bounce up, and it will have volume" this didn't come to pass. After a few hours my hair was really dry and burnt and split from solution that wasn't washed out properly, my scalp has been itching and burning. I complained to management about the damage done to my hair and scalp , I requested a refund, the manager's husband started to think he was ROCKY communicated in an intimidating manner. He had a terrible attitude and tried to weasel his way out of giving me my rightful refund. Initially I was offered and an online refund despite paying cash. Was told this would take five to seven days, after five days I called and was told it would now 15 day to 17 days. As i quoted before , they tried to weasel out of this situation.
I'm not the type to just lie down and be robbed . As a result this dispute escalated until I finally received a cash refund.terrible experience overall, Hopefully this experience teaches them a lesson about doing bad business and being disrespectful and attempting to intimidate FEMALE customer's. This is happening despite fact this is stated as an all female studio 🤨.

My advice is to AVOID AT ALL COSTS⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️😟😟😟😟😟!!!!!!

I went to HSB Salon today for hair colour and I must say that they have done a fabulous job. Shout-out to Sana who did my hair, way beyond my expectations and she put her heart into her work. The service was absolutely worth travelling 1.5hours for. Highly impressed as always and would definitely recommend it to all.

First time trying out this salon cannot fault the staff who are amazing, Sannah and Amara who both done my hair amazing work! Lovely Sharmina was amazing upon booking, and throughout my entire time at the salon!! Highly recommend the Salon!

I went in with really dead hair and box dye red which is hard to get out, but the team there are soooo amazing!! My red hair has gone like it never existed and they transformed it to something amazing I was blown 😍 not to mention their hospitality, always made sure their customers were updated on time and asked occasionally if we wanted drinks whilst waiting, spoke during the time there what they’re doing what they suggest, it makes you relaxed knowing you’re in good hands
