Very communicative. When asking for the repair cost for my broken tablet screen they offered the same price as everyone else (they don't overcharge) and told me how long it would be. Only gripe is that when I picked up my tablet the dried glue from the repair hadn't been removed, but I imagine if I was in less of a rush it would be removed had I asked.

I have taken my son's Iphone, which had a crack screen and wouldn't turn on. The staff helped me so well and explained what will happen next. The diagnosis was done quickly and the helpful staff was totally honest with the problems they've seen on the phone and explained to me the optioned I had in great details. They had been so kind, thoughtful and supportive through the awkward time of having your phone not turning on or working.

I've had many phones fixed at this shop before and never had a problem. I also brought this a14 phone that I'm using from there too with no problems however my screen smashed and decided to take it there to get it fixed. The guy told me that it would be a copy screen I asked him what the difference would be he told me that there would be a slight colour difference I went ahead a few days later to get the screen fixed upon arriving to collect me phone I instantly could see that the quality of the screen was very poor I mentioned to him that he told me there would be a slight colour difference however the screen colour was very dim grey looking and hayze the condition he bought the phone out too it had loads of glue around the sides of the screen who pays £50 for their phone to returned in this condition he told me there were no original screens available so I went about my day after I had to ask him to clean the glue off the phone.
Upon arriving home and navigating through the phone the screen was just so difficult and poor to use you could even scroll without it randomly clicking into things typing it was adding extra letters in the back space was also removing too many letters. The quality of the text was also poor very pixilated and small. If your going to sell these screens then be honest as to what the customer should expect.
I went back a few days later as I just paid £50 for this and the way the screen was acting as though I had the screen for over a year or so. I told the same guy who served me the issues I was facing with the screen he said he would take the phone to have a look weather it was the phone or the screen baring in mind my phone was acting like this until they had put this copy screen on. Later that day a came back around 3 he said there was nothing wrong with my phone (obviously) and also nothing wrong with the screen as though making out as if I was lying or something but why would I lye when I'm the one who has used the phone over several days like this. He then said he would get an original screen and fit it and to come back later by 5.30. I came back and before I left I thought I would check out the screen thoroughly before I left this time another customer walked in I asked him if he takes cards and then said in a funny manner yes it's ready for you when you are not being funny but am I wrong for checking my phone was working well before I left since he was making out like I was lying with the first screen he fitted. I got out side into my car after paying and the screen was black and wouldn't come on I went back in just to ask him to check and the way he came out like he was fed up of me sometimes actions speak louder than words. My phone is working now if I hadn't had him saying stuff like that and acting like he was fed up of me then I would have gave 5 stars because like I say I have had numerous phones fixed here before with no problem.
