Picked up half hour latter neat tidy and great service
4 stars given as waiting to see if a non apple screen keeps working over time

So we went in and the guy was very helpful and promised to replace my phone screen the next day at 3 o'clock.
When I arrived the guy couldn't help as the screen hadn't arrived but said tomorrow . The repair shop opposite said is a 2 day repair only.
I felt the guy knew this but took my deposit to get the work.
It's a 20 mile round trip.

Very helpful. Went in because screen had gone off on my S24 Ultra. Immediately knew what to do and sorted the issue. Also bought a new screen protector which he kindly fitted for me and gave a bargain price. Thoroughly recommend.

Bought a phone here recently, I have no idea what's wrong with it but it's brand new and yet something clearly faulty with it. Often doesn't function correctly, insanely slow, and just now I tried to restart it- it froze and I had to reset 4 times before I could get it operating again. This is all within two weeks of ownership. I brought it back to the shop a week ago but was informed no refunds, which in fairness it does say on the receipt. However in this case the item is clearly faulty. I was offered the chance to return if I opted to pay for a more expensive phone in exchange. Will be using another business in future
