Wow! What a professional, kind and efficient man! Actually one of the best tradesmen we've ever had. Changed two locks quickly, showed me how everything worked, gave me choices and explained the benefits. Put shoe protection on and was super kind to my dog too! So reasonably priced too. Very pleased with his professionalism. If only more people were like Andy! Fitted me in quickly too and turned up on time! Thank you so much my house feels safer already!

Andy has repaired a door, 2 windows and also replaced 15 double glazed units for us. His price was super competitive and I don't know if I've ever met someone as professional as him before. Would give 6 stars if I could.

We are new to the area and what a stoke of luck, when our door lock broke, we called Andy first! Andy was professional and really reasonably priced. Replaced broken window lock quickly and effectively plus taught me about lock and hinge maintenance for all other windows. On the way out he noticed that our front door had dropped and was sticking (which it had - has never been right since moving in! On my list of things to do). Anyway, after offering to have a look, Andy proceeded to sort it out and in 15 mins it was working so much better. He refused extra payment and just invoiced me for the original work, which was reasonably priced to begin with. The door was an unexpected and very welcome bonus. I can't praise Andy enough. He turned up an hour or so after I spoke to his wife (he was on a another job), diagnosed the problem on my front door, quoted me a price (which I thought was just for the mechanism) and returned later to do the job.
After repairing the door I asked him to look at the lever on my patio doors which he spent at least 20 mins on.
I was quite prepared to pay for this but he refused and gave me a bill for the first price he quoted. Extremely professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him.
He's what Londoners would call a Diamond Geezer.
