Have used Ability Systems several times and they have never failed to sort out my IT problems, however large or small, such as today when they have fixed a persistent WiFi connectivity problem on my Mac very quickly. What I particularly like about them is that, Candee and the team, unlike some IT repair shops, are very friendly and don’t make you feel an idiot for not understanding the technological issues. We’re very fortunate to have them in Witney.

Today, I was helped, without charge, by Candee and Rory, and they have put an end to some scam messages that I was being plagued with.

My small computer had been playing up and showing 'No disk space' recently, so I took it to Ability Systems, recalling how brilliant they'd been in earlier visits. Candee and Erin worked their magic and fixed things with a clever solution - and all the work was done for a very reasonable price! A day or so later I had trouble with one of my e-mail accounts, so went back and Erin fixed the problem there and then - and for no charge!

Utterly brilliant shop for fixing computer woes, with really excellent, friendly customer service. I recommend them 100%!!

Cannot match the work these lot put in! They complete transformed my phone from broken to looking brand new, not only this but they charged me more than a fair price if anything I don’t think there is a phone shop matching there prices and service in Oxfordshire

I was at my wits end with the problem that I had with my iPhone. I called ability systems and popped along candy and Rory were really helpful and managed to remedy my problem within a few minutes helpful courteous and above. All capable. I would highly recommend this company to anybody.

Their advice is spot on every time and if your phone needs repairing, and not something quick, they will do it for you efficiently and at a good price. Part of my charger got stuck in my charging port and was very quickly fixed. Very friendly and even visited on Boxing day. Would definitely recommend.
