Worst service, we were told someone would come within two hours. Five phone calls and three hours later having previously been told that the technician is ‘23 mins away from you,’ it turns out they can’t get a technician to come. It would have been good to have been told that before rather than wait endlessly in 9 degrees without heating to no avail. Not reliable at all.
