I had an issue with my GPU not displaying an image, I brought it into AC Computer Warehouse for repairs. They quickly diagnosed the issue, resolved it and returned it to me for a very good price. Fingers crossed I won't need them again, but if I do, I'll not hesitate to use AC Computer's services again.

Replaced my daughter’s broken MacBook Air screen. Helpful, friendly and efficient at a fair price. I had only just got home from dropping it off when I got a call to say it was ready. Fabulous service and a bonus in-house golden retriever which made it ever better! Thanks so much.

Had a shock returning to the office after new year as it had been totally flooded!.. went to see Wes in the morning on the Friday and he managed to transfer the hard drive to new PC for me same day so that I could get myself up and running again. kept me up to date on progress and the total job including the new PC was about 30% less than the quote for a lesser spec PC with our IT support company. Saved the day for me - cant fault them.

The machine was well packaged and had clearly been proerly refurbishesd as all trace of dust and fluff was absent from the cooling pathways. There was a concren that the delivery went astray and their attention to dealing with that was impeccable.

AVOID

2 dealings now with this "company", unreasonable and argumentative customer "service".

If you don't know what the issue is these guys will take advantage, absolutely over the top quote for a 5 minute job. They made up a load of jargon to try and fool me, unfortunately for them I am an IT expert myself. I got the repair somewhere else for 25% of what they quoted me, by an expert with a master's in electronics.
