Fantastic staff I feared the worst with my Pixel Pro 9 as the camera screen was smashed and it had affected my photos. Turned out to be only the screen protector I had put on. Saved me sending it back to claim on the insurance. They removed it and put on a new one straight away and for pence too!!
Amazing guys and if I wasn't on a day trip from Cornwall I'd use these guys as my go to fixers for everything tec. Brilliant service, just sorry I can only give them 5 stars!!

5* doesn't do this company justice! Absolutely out of this world customer service and support.

Partners phone was left on top of the car at the petrol station and left the car at speed.. adie made me aware from the start it was very unlikely to get the phone back to working order but he would do his best.. ( it was in six pieces)

Phoned me up a week later after many hours of labour and saved all the baby photos and memories and at a ridiculously low price!

What a absolute wizard and gentleman!

I went for help with a cable they did not have it but referred me next door to cash converters who did manage to find one. The excellent customer service I received led to very precious photos thought lost to be printed. Can’t thank them enough I have visited them before for help with phones and the friendly helpful service was just the same. Wholeheartedly recommend them and thank you.

Brilliant customer service! I took my mother’s old iPhone 6 into the store for a battery replacement and the staff were fantastic from the start. They were knowledgeable, friendly and managed expectations superbly. The phone was returned promptly with a brand new battery installed and my mother is delighted that her old phone is working again. She is very grateful, as am I, for the professional and speedy service delivered. I won’t use anyone else for my tech in future.

Took my Daughter's Samsung 13 which had locked out and wouldn't accept the passcode to Tony in Accessory Depot in Salisbury. In a few minutes he had managed to get the phone up and restoring from my daughter's Google account.. To check everything was up and working properly Tony oversaw the full restore and then didn't charge us anything for the support. Great service by a knowledgeable and professional team.

This is my most recommended business ever

I have a Pixel 8 pro and unfortunately broke the front and back by almost bending it in half.

I went to many repair shops and contacted many online repair centers.

At the shop I explained my problem and immediately was told that the best repair and price would come from Google.

I did as I was advised and very happy with the service.

My point is this shop gained nothing from advising me.
Could have carried out an expensive repair.

Instead they were honest and gave me the info I was not aware of.
This shop believes in customer satisfaction and to me that's rare.

Have regularly used accessory depot over the years and cannot recommend enough. We used their expertise yesterday for help regarding email issues on my mum’s account. They were patient, understanding and just amazing. We wouldn’t go anywhere else for phone/ipad issues and trust them completely to be able to help.
