I can’t recommend ARC highly enough. As a building contractor, my vehicles are essential to keeping my business running smoothly, so when one of them needed repairs, I was concerned about the downtime. ARC completely understood my urgency and went above and beyond to get me back on the road quickly. They kept me informed at every stage, which gave me peace of mind and confidence in their work. The repairs were completed to an exceptional standard with a fast turnaround. ARC really came through for me.
My vehicle was returned to one of my working sites by Jaime, she was very polite and professional, took me over the repairs and made sure that everything what’s my liking.
I was impressed by the lengths Jaime went to in order to ensure that my vehicle was returned to me ensuring minimal business disruption.

I have just picked up my car from ARC after going through my insurance company. I never post reviews but in this instance I felt the service merited it. Susan and her team are great, they knew the date I had to have the work done by and made it happen. The work completed was to a very high standard. One happy customer.

Went to this place through my car insurance. 3 days job, took them to sort out 3 weeks. During the this my car was driven without my consent. Even repair wasn't done properly. Still a part is missing and wasn't clean - full of dust inside the car. Please avoid this place.

Had to phone my insurance company to request a different garage after these guys made me wait in all afternoon for my car to be picked up and then they phoned at 5:15 pm to tell me they weren’t coming today after all. Decided this wasn’t a good start as they didn’t even have the courtesy to let me know beforehand.

Please avoid using this place!
A woman called Susan (i think she's the manager or owner) is dodgy as anything.
Lie after Lie and withheld my car for weeks trying to get me to make payments that I do not owe as I am a motorbility customer and insurance company covers this.
Despite numerous phonecalls from us and the insurance company she still persisted to ask for money along with 'parking tickets' 'traffic offences' that I had received whilst using their courtesy car even though the car had gone back 3 days prior to the 'tickets'!
She is also extremely rude as mentioned quite a bit on here.

We experienced absolutely excellent service from the Accident Repair Center. The staff were friendly and thoroughly professional from start to finish.and went out of their way to make this a positive experience for us. Their work was excellent and we are totally satisfied with our whole experience. We highly recommend this company.

Susan and all her staff are incredible. Please don’t pay attention to previous comments where disgruntled customers feel the need to post bad reviews for businesses in this time where people and companies are struggling. I believe ARC has been based in Letchworth for such a long time and her attention to detail and the staff she employs are fantastic! After I had a recent accident, I was a little shaken and had so much to do. Susan was able to sort everything out for me in an hour! I had another courtesy car, my insurance was contacted and it was all in hand.
I’ve dealt with many people in the auto trade but it’s clear Susan and the staff at the Accident Repair Centre are experienced and extremely professional.

Where do I start? The courtesy car looked like a banger car with dents all over and was shockingly maintained.
The repair on our car was just satisfactory, not great. The customer service from start to finish was simply shocking!
Susan in particular is brash, rude and has not professionalism.
