Haven't been in this centre for years. It's empty. Shocked as it used to be buzzing. The main shopping promenade is also full of empty shops. Accrington is now a shopping ghost town to what I remember.

Empty shops, shame on Hyndburn council for letting the owners of the Arndale make such a mess and mockery of what was once a thriving town centre, full change of council needed! Fresh ideas and people wanting to reverse the damage down by years of neglect and letting the area become run down and taken over by pound shops, charity shops and gambling stores.

It's Sad to say but this town is dying...there's only 5 shops open, Wh Smith, savers, vape shop, clothing shop, chairty shop and another clothes shop.
Big parking, lots of spaces.
Half an hour is free and then £1 for all day.
The car park closes at 7pm

Good range of shops inside and out. Free to use toilets. Always a plus. Heritage centre sadly only has very limited opening but has some very interesting items from the past in its window displays.

A grand hub of charity shops and closed doors. Remember when it was a thing? Full of shops and even the clock ceremony?

Sadly, a sign of the times in that there's noticeably low footfall, presumably causing units to become vacant. The centre has a large car park with hardly any cars in it! Several chain stores there and some units are occupied by charity shops (which are still worth a look).

Nice little town. Easy free parking. Good selection of shops, both chain & independent, unfortunately not as many as there used to be. Wheelchair accessible. Different markets on different days. Also a large Tesco in town centre & several large shops located off roundabout on way into town centre, Asda, Lidl, Matalan, Aldi, b&m's, poundstretcher, home & bargain, all with good parking. Enjoyable shopping experience.
