Fantastic service. I have a 7yr old LG Oled curved screen to that died on me last week. Rang round numerous TV repair outfits and most advised they don’t deal with curved screen TVs and better to get a new one. Others were offering diagnostic services at a cost of £30-70 with any repair cost would be extra. Contacted K and S Services(Accrington TV Services) and spoke to Simon who couldn’t have been more helpful. Offered to look at TV and I had a diagnosis within 24hrs and a very reasonable cost for fixing. Even though the problem was more complicated than 1st thought, I was only charged the quoted price. Simon is a very personable gentleman who clearly has a passion for what he does and offers a customer centred service. He is honest, very likeable and good at what he does. I would highly recommend their services.

Paul arranged to see and diagnose our 32" Bush Smart TV within the hour. He dissembled, fixed the back lights and reassembled with care and obvious expertise.
A very good service indeed. It's so good to have electronics repaired these days. Too many just go to landfill.

Brilliant experience. Following a quick Google search i diagnosed the back-light had gone on our LG TV. Not a task I could do so another quick Google search and found Accrington TV Services. Email sent and received a super quick response. Luckily able to fit me in on my day off and carried out the repair whilst I waited . And the nerd in me loved being able to watch the process... which also confirmed I definitely would not do this myself! Explained lots of things to me and set various settings at appropriate levels. Really pleased. Great TV back to new. Saved another TV from landfill! Really good price. Very professional. Highly recommend.

They suspected the backlight, stripped the set and proved where the fault was. A new set of backlights were fitted and the set is as good as new again.

Great guys who know what they're talking about. Paul was really quick to respond to my query online and he was very flexible around time for me dropping off the TV. The guys explained what they were going to do (replace backlights on LG TV) and how long it would take. Paul kept me updated whilst my TV was away and had the TV fixed in a couple of days. I had a picture problem with my LG TV so a called LG service dept., After going through the possible causes with the guy from LG he recommended that I contacted Accrington TV Services who are approved LG repairers . I couldn't recommend Accrington TV Services highly enough, dropped off repaired and picked up the same day, how is that for service.

When I rang Accrington TV Services and spoke to Paul I could tell he knew what he was talking about. I had a problem with my LG TV backlights and needed some advise. Paul was informative, friendly and gave me a quotation for replacement LEDs. Because I live some distance away from his workshop he said he was prepared to change the backlights while I waited. True to his word this was done today at the price he quoted. I watched him change the LEDs; not easy and well worth the cost of £119.00; it came with a 12 months guarantee. Would highly recommend this company. A pleasure to deal with a professional and friendly customer focused company.
