Top notch speed and quality of service. Had a Hotpoint oven that packed up before a party and he was the only one I called that was able to help in time. He came through as he said he would, with the necessary element and tools, and had it up and running in under half an hour. Superb manners and a very tidy. Would highly recommend 👌.

I honestly can’t fault Les at all. So quick, helpful, knowledgable. Came on the same day I called to fix my washing machine, which he diagnosed within minutes and fixed on the spot. My machine is ten years old so I suspected it might not be worth fixing, in fact, I tried to cancel but Les gave me the reassurance I needed and persuaded me to let him take a look. Les came yesterday to fit in a new fridge freezer. I was extremely pleased he managed to fit me in on short notice. He had great communication with me and he completed the job very well. He was very friendly and he made sure everything was working for me. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with appliances. He shows great care in what he does!

Due to recommendations I had Ace Domestics come out at the end of August to check over our washing machine as it sounded like the ball bearings were on their way out. Had the rudest encounter with him and was told “well it’s not making any noise now, seems fine to me” was charged £96 for the pleasure of a 5 minute visit, and today the drum has completely detached. Didn’t feel like I was taken seriously about the issues, and I know people don’t have X-ray vision to see all the problems, but can’t help and feel if the examination was a little more thorough than spin the drum for a second this could have been avoided.
