This is a lovely post office. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble, and if they can help you, they will, and if they can't, then they will direct you to the right person/place. The only critique is that the stock levels are low, but it doesn't detract from the exceptional customer service that you receive from the staff.

I highly rate this post office it's got an amazing counter service they're always fully stocked. One of the things that I enjoy the most about this post office is there attention to detail and care for the vulnerable. The employees at the post office make sure that all of the customers are safe especially the elderly when the elderly coming into exchange money or get money out very often they're asked questions about who it's for and where they're going with it and someone that looks after the elderly that gives me a lot of confidence that people are looking out for the vulnerable people in society I highly highly recommend ooks Green post office.

I been sending my package in AGPO for 4 years and always served by Mr Muhib, he does an excellent customer service as always. He’s helpful, polite, approachable, friendly and served the customer with a smile all the time. I've been posting something nearly every day now for a few months. I have never had to wait for long and the staff are kind and helpful. The young gentleman with the beard is especially helpful. On quite a few occasions I have seen the staff getting abuse for something that the customer themselves have done wrong or that is beyond the staffs control. I am surprised they are polite as they are!

Went today to renew my Driving license dreading it as I was expecting a right faf
The guy behind the counter could not have been more helpful and friendly well with the extra £4 to let the post office do it all for you the shop is also stacked with a lot of helpful stuff I ended up coming out with 20 Quids worth of stationery

First of all they don't accept any payment by card lower than 2£, charge you 1.57 for a bag that is provided by Amazon for free then tell you to buy a whole brand new sticky band another 1£ for a strand of band you need. I ended up paying almost 3 pounds for an Amazon return and a prepaid royal mail parcel. Just a new business ripping people off with every opportunity!

Great friendly service. Minus one star as it needs a parcel collection sign above the counter so people know where to go for amazon etc.
