Most honest and professional service I ever experienced. I purchased Siemens Fujitsu Laptop 8 years ago and HP Laptop 450gb, Samsung Galaxy J8,Microsoft mouse,5 years ago.All items above I use every day,never had any problem with any of them.
All working fine.In 5 years I only changed battery of Samsung Galaxy j8 once ,2 years ago.

This man is a thief. I gave him my lap top to repair because it crashed but came back on and I needed the data on it. He said he can fix it but can’t restore the storage. The laptop was useless to me without the data, so I told him not to bother since I specifically left the laptop with him to fix the storage.
After I got back the laptop, this man had stolen my ram. It was a very expensive laptop. So never leave your lap top with him to check. He will steal all he can and you won’t know because you did not unscrew.

I have known Mehlik for about 15 years. I was given his number by a family member who spoke very highly of skills AND I was reassured that Mehlik was FULLY QUALIFIED and definitely would charge only a reasonable price AND that he was of VERY GOOD CHARACTER and NOT one of the MANY dishonest computer experts that charged a fortune - giving only the most basic service!!

From the first time I used Mehlik’s service I paid a small extra fee for my computer to be sorted out at home because in early days Desktop computers were very large and too bulky for me to take to the shop!

Mehlik managed to sort out every request, Glich and difficulty I was having! He set margins and where to store documents, photos and files… he set me up with all necessary APPS and introduced me to many others…. I remember many years of enjoying music, etc, from YOU TUBE…

Then crunch time! I had to ask about the fee! I remember he apologised and explained the extra time in charging what was, in fact, I thought - a very reasonable call-out fee and then priced the work… I was, to be honest, quite shocked he was SO GENUINE and charging so little for what he’d spent so much time on!!!

I always gave him a little extra than he asked because if someone is so good, so kind and reasonable : it seemed only fair to pay a little extra as a thank you - and to show them you are NOT ONLY GRATEFUL for all their attention to detail.
