This is by far one of the worst pharmacies in Birmingham for customer service. I have been to many over these past few decades or so.

I went in recently for my prescription which was emailed to them by my doctor’s Surgery. I waited 35 minutes and the staff still did not have it prepared for me. I then proceeded to wait another ten minutes more (total of 45 minutes!) and when I did receive my medication it was the wrong type entirely, which goes without saying is extremely dangerous.

I then went in the next day to obtain my correct medication and was told that it would be ready in a few minutes. I again waited this time for well over 45 minutes for them to prepare it, even though they had been sent my prescription in advance the day before by my doctor.

The 2 young female members of staff were giggling and going about their duties in an unprofessional, inconsiderate and disorganised manner without any consideration that today was the very last day I could go without my medication, before it would affect me in a significantly adverse way.

I have now decided to select a different pharmacist for my medication as A.G Pharmacy is completely inadequate and is severely lacking in professional and safe procedures of practice and also lacking staff who truly acknowledge and care about the needs and safety of their customers.

Absolutely terrible pharmacy.

Aishah xx I came in for just tablets for my blocked ears xx But Aishah this lovely lady went over and beyond to help ! I got to see the pharmacist and got prescribed tablets for my pain xx she also checked my BP . I never expected this level of service , she was absolutely amazing ! Thank you so much xx 😘

I have been attended by professionals such as Aisha and his colleague. They are very caring and professional which they recommended me what’s the best for me.
I did not have to wait for a week for a GP appointment instead, they have prescribed me the medication within minutes and my problem has been solved.

Popped in for my little boy to have his ears checked the pharmacist was fantastic with my son and managed to spot that he had actually put orbis In his ears even tho 5 doctors said it was an ear infection.

Highly recommend this pharmacy won’t be using any other one in future and feel more comfortable getting minor heath issues checked with a.g pharmacy than I do my GP

Needed my annual flu jab. I had to wait a week at my local GPs, so I decided to try my local pharmacy instead. I was given the injection after a very short wait . Dealt with very professionally by Kelly, who asked all the right medical questions .In and out without 15 minutes .Great service. I'm getting my covid jab there next week, too.

I had a great experience at AG Pharmacy today. I was helped by Aishah staff member and my blood pressure was taken.
Aishah was very professional, pleasent and friendly.
I use this pharmacy all the time and Aishah in particular and all staff are always very helpful and caring. I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone.
