I have used Robert and his team twice in 6 months and both times were stress free as a result of their helpfulness, experience and sense of humour. Robert was so helpful and accommodating as my move date on the second move kept changing due to issues in my new house. They were punctual and careful with my belongings. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and use myself again if needed.

Robert and James are just brilliant ! Planned and carried out removals with good humour, patience and attention to our needs throughout. Have never enjoyed a house move so much (!) and that's entirely down to everything Robert and James did, and in the way that they carried out all that was asked and more. Thoroughly Recommended 👍😊.

I'd helped a friend move house and he was very complimentary about Airey and Parker Removals, so when the time came for my own house move I decided to give them a try.

Rob was very helpful beforehand with tips on packing and the best use of time, and on the day both he, James and Krzysztof worked incredibly hard without a break. The house was cleared in no time and I was in the new house just after lunch.

Rob even took my electric sofa and armchair to bits for me as I had no clue how to do it and we couldn't get it out of the house - he then put it back together for me at the new property.

All 3 men were calm and cheerful (which was helpful, as I was stressed and exhausted!) and the move was competitively priced. I can recommend.

Having had excellent service on our house move we decided to use the safe storage service for some items we were unsure about. After almost 2 years of paying our bills on time (in which we could not actually see our items), we decided to move our things and were told that the minimum price would be £350 if we hired our own van. The reason given was that someone would have to be paid 8 hours of time even if less than an hour was taken! Eventually Robert agreed that I could move my own furniture to my own van with his assistance and this took less than an hour. For this privilege I was charged £275 which I think is a vast overcharge. I have since paid £200 which I was reluctant to pay but am still being asked for another £75.
At no time have we signed a contract which shows these excessive exit fees and I warn other potential users to be aware of what lies ahead when you try to end your storage agreement.

I appreciated very much their care taken in wrapping and boxing up everything to help at what is a stressful time; and also the advice, courtesy and attention paid by everyone. We used this company to move my parents into their new home. Robert and James were absolutely brilliant, they were super helpful and respectful of my parents belongings. Nothing was too much trouble even carrying things up two floors in a heatwave!!
