What excellent, brilliant service received at this local mobile phone shop which I discovered is now under NEW MANAGEMENT and will be changing the AJM name in due course. It explains why the previous two reviews were very poor (old management). Undeterred by the awful reviews, I decided to ask for help with a problem with uploading photos on my phone. A very approachable, helpful young man served me and dealt swiftly with the problem. A real pleasure to recommend this local Mobile & Computer shop for it's superb service and knowledge of phone/ computers.

After much internet search for a local repair shop , settled on here after recent review. Nokia 7+ phone had a charging port problem. I like the phone and am reluctant to go through the hassle of a new phone learning curve, so preferred a repair - if feasible. Took phone in, part was not in stock and so ordered for the next day (I paid up front at my own suggestion). The next day I took the phone in and it was successfully repaired in just a few hours. The staff are very friendly and know their way around the repair requirements and the price was very fair. I am happy to recommend them.

I got an iPhone 7 screen fixed today and the man that served me was so helpful and friendly. The phone hasn’t been used much yet so I’m hoping the screen will work the same however the repair comes with a free 3 month warranty. The screen replacement was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend AJM mobiles due to the service I received and there prices.

Top marks. I needed to replace old battery and fan, and upgrade storage. The guy was much more helpful than both Dell and PC World (who infact gave me incorrect info regarding storage capacity and compatibility). I took my laptop to be seen by AJM and he advised what parts would be compatible. I then sourced the parts and he fit them. Excellent service, very knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. £25 cheaper than what I was quoted from PC World and it was all done within a couple of hours. I can't recommend enough.

Great service - they were honest and upfront about prices and quality so that I could make an informed decision about getting my phone screen replaced. Decided to get my mate’s old phone repaired instead and the price was fanatastic for a repair job, charger and glass protector screen. Very happy, thank you!

Thank you so much for such efficient service. Fantastic customer service and a super repair. My iPhone screen was smashed to pieces, left my phone for an hour and it came back as good as new. Highly recommend.

Took a new iPad in as screen unfortunately smashed, said they could replace it no problem and I asked them to put a screen protector on. My husband collected it and when I inspected it, the screen was filthy underneath (actually inside the iPad) and it had a plastic film over, they also broke the home button and said they had replaced it. After complaining they said it was fixed. We ended up taking it to Touch Tech opposite sainsburys in Urmston and they said they have never seen such a dirty job and had to take the whole thing apart again and kindly replaced the home button as it had a part missing!
Disgusted with AJM, they shouldn’t be allowed to treat others peoples property like this. Feel totally ripped off by AJM and had to pay again to actually get it fixed properly. If I could give 0 stars I would!
