Sadly can't give 0 stars,
This shop had my number, I called back as I didn't answer. Asked how and why they had my number and recieved a torrent of abuse.

By the way I live no where nearly Burnley I live closer to doncaster. I was told it was cos they had my phone, when I said I lived nowhere near they called me a lier, cussed me out in the langage (I teach people who speak the same) and then after more abuse put phone down.

I still have no idea why or how they have my number!!!! But the abuse just for tryna find out why they called was completely unwarranted.

Just to state, I was not at all rude, I just wished to know how and why they had my number.

Bought a phone, it worked for 24 hours then told me that it wouldn't change cause it was to cold. Took it back and got a full refund on the phone. Even tho they wanted to repair it and give it back. I explained i wasn't happy with that decision and that I just wanted a refund.
With which they did there and then no questions.

My phone needed a new charging port so I brought it here.. it came back with a wealth of other issues it never had before, takes about 8hours to fully charge, battery drains really quick, my apps weren't loading up properly and I can't make or receive texts or calls for some reason now. Had something else really dodgy happen too which I won't mention here but what I will say is AVOID..

Absolutely shocking! Avoid at all costs. Sent my iPhone in for repair. The only thing wrong with it was the screen being damaged. When I got the phone back the volume button wasn’t working. Neither was the charging port! They claimed it wasn’t working when I dropped it off! But It certainly was. They have refused to fix the issues they have caused and I’m now going to have to take it somewhere else. They also told me it was a genuine apple screen they were putting onto my device. Every now and then I get a warning pop up saying that the phone screen is not genuine apple. Please avoid this place. It’s worth paying that little bit more to get it done properly.

Avoid like the plague. Paid full price for genuine part a new battery, when collected, phone had exactly same charge as when I left it with them, I questioned them and reassured me it had been changed, but within a week was getting the battery performance notification don't think they even changed it as the performance was exactly the same.

They did a good job replacing my screen however it did cost £90 so its a bit expensive. Also it was very fast and they were done in under 30 minutes.

Massive shout out to their service, repaired my S7 Edge, complete in one day, very fair price, highly recommended. I hope I never need them again, but is I do I won't hesitate, if your phones broke take it here, dimples.
