The staff were brilliant, the parking availability was great and the breakfast was lovely. The light fixtures were amazing and everywhere was clean. Overall, we were made to feel welcome and we very much enjoyed our stay!

The room could be cleaner but not terrible cannot fault this place. I love coming here. I miss the yoghurt and compote being made up for me, but is that a little too much to ask it may be. Gorgeous location and hotel thank you as always a great stay

My review is for the restaurant,
lovely friendly staff.
We were here for our staff Christmas do.
The room was nicely decorated but cold. A bit of Christmas music would have been nice.
I had the soup for starters, very tasty.
Then roasted cauliflower on cauliflower puree. . Which I really enjoyed.
The pudding however was awful. A vegan Eton mess , no, a sundae glass full of vegan cream 🤮 and a Christmas jam . Who on earth would want to eat a glass of vegan cream. 🤣 Add some fruit

To be fair I did mention it when all the pots were being cleared and the waitress asked if there was anything else I would like. ( There were other options and they chose to serve this).
Pudding aside I enjoyed the two other courses

An excellent stay at this lovely hotel again. Staff are always so lovely. Basic rooms are a bit on the small side so try and pay for a junior suite which is perfect. Great location, only a couple of mins walk to the town. Lovely breakfast and bar/restaurant food excellent too

The hotel is very well kept, the staff are very friendly and helpful. My partner is dairy free and this wasn’t an issue at the wedding we attended. A room for the ceremony, then turned into our room for the evening meal and disco with a separate bar from the main hotel. Honestly this was the best organised wedding iv been too! The bedroom was lovely although on the small side. If we return I would definitely ask for a bigger room. Breakfast was lovely, set out in a bright big room with a hot cooked breakfast or continental if you prefer.

Had lunch again today with my friend. Couldn't fault it. The service fantastic and the food was brilliant. I had a 2 course lunch for £19.50 and it was presented beautifully and good portion sizes. The lady serving us was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to everyone

We had our pre-wedding celebrations at the Alderley Edge Hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. Our guests stayed in the hotel, while my partner and I enjoyed the luxurious Master Suite. The facilities were top-notch—rooms were spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable.

The Master Suite was perfect for our wedding party to get ready in on the morning of the big day. The spaciousness, elegance, and thoughtful touches made it ideal for such an important occasion. The service from the hotel staff was nothing short of amazing—they were attentive, warm, and went out of their way to accommodate all of our needs.

We also booked catering for 40 people for a family gathering the night before the wedding, and the food in the restaurant was divine. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and the night felt truly special.

A massive thank you to Linda, the hotel manager, who worked tirelessly to make our stay unforgettable. We can’t fault the Alderley Edge Hotel at all—everything was incredible! Highly recommended.
