I recently had an argument with a concrete post & lost & made a mess of the side of my car.
I contacted Alpha Rapid & was given a quote that I accepted.
The work itself took 4 days & I was given a courtesy car , which was a nice touch.
When I collected my car, I actually walked past it! The work was fantastic, the car had been cleaned & there were dust covers all inside. Everyone there was so polite & friendly & I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In the nicest way I hope I don’t see them again, but if anything else happens I will definitely be back!

Having bought a seat leon fr from caffyns and finding out the ns doors was out of alignment they sent the car hear, turns out that both ns doors have had filler in them, caffyns assured me once alpha rapid repair have corrected the doors I would not know they have been repaired, The Car came back to me with a diagonal line in the nsf door that you can see from 6ft away, paint chips on and around nsf door handle, looks like tape marks at the bottom of the nsf door, scuff at the bottom of the sill, nsr back door is still out of alignment, and obvious defects in the paint, overspray over the weatherstrips, I now have had to buy two second hand doors in the same colour to rectify this,

I may have the names incorrect but I believe it was Colin and Phil who had been excellent and really helpful for me at such short notice. Needed to get some repairs done from an MOT failure. Alpha Rapid quoted a price at £120 compared to Halfords who quoted £2,100 (not a joke). They were eager to get the car back in for repair asap so I could get my MOT retest without having to pay Halfords again. They also were really helpful for another fault with the car that had coincidently arisen between my test and re-test date showing me the issues and providing some helpful suggestions. I would highly recommend this company for any vehicle works and repairs! The reviews already here speak for themselves!

Just collected my Corsa after Alpha repaired some damage following an accident. Couldn't recommend them enough! Work done is seamless and even replaced a new grill section I had bought prior, with a part I'd not gotten around to fitting myself, without prompt or asking. Top service and communication. Won't be going anywhere else if the need arrises in the future!
