The staff at Analogic re-fitted a key that had popped off of my wireless mac keyboard. I'd already been to the Apple Store, where their 'technician' said it couldn't be fix it. I didn't want to throw away a perfectly good keyboard that I rely on for travel. In future, I'm coming here for Apple product repairs. They have free parking outside, and actual fix things.Thank you Raj!

Absolutely abhorrent service!
Paid 45 quid only for them to stall for an entire month when they initially said the repairs should be done within a week. After an entire month of waiting, they demanded £1680 for fixing the laptop, claiming that the motherboard needed to be replaced. When I pressed them for details, this is exactly what I got in the email:

"Hi Diana

I reckon you are looking for the following details:

WE FOUND CPU HAS LIQUID METAL THERMAL PASTE! SSD HAS BITLOCKER SO IF LAPTOP CANT BE REPAIRED NEED BL KEY TO GET DATA. MBX SHORTED AROUND CPU SO AT LAEST MBX FAULTY,

This is an absolute sham because not only is it a blatant copy-paste from somewhere else, but every cpu has liquid thermal paste, and I did not have a bitlocker on my laptop. I am aware that new Windows versions come with a bitlocker by default, but this was an old laptop with a windows 10.

Additionally, they held and continue to hold my laptop ransom because I didnt provide a paper receipt. I did, however, show a photo of the full receipt and offered to prove my details, which they had recorded on their system but the refused to even check! These people are SCAMMERS who are only proficient in scamming people with little technical knowledge!

I had accidentally water damaged my MacBook pro. I live in Hayes was recommended to go to analogic computers by a friend. I am so pleased with there professionalism they saved all data and repaired the laptop within great time. I can't recommend them enough always consider analogic computers for you apple laptops and computers.

I recently had an issue with my iMac due to a faulty hard drive. I was quite stressed about it, as I had thousands of precious photos and important documents stored on it, and I was worried I might lose everything. I decided to take it to Ananlogic Computers (U.K.) Ltd in Kingston for repairs. Raj, the Director, was incredibly reassuring and promised excellent and speedy service—and that’s exactly what I received!
My computer now feels like new, with increased storage capacity, speed, and cleaned inside and out. The operating system was also upgraded, and all the applications are running perfectly. I couldn’t be happier and more grateful for the fantastic work done.
So, once again, thank you, Raj, and the whole team of computer engineers, for the outstanding job! It’s such a relief to know that I have a place I can rely on in the future if needed.
