Used Andy's services again. Very pleased. Computer returned the next day, working again after my main Windows drive got corrupted and graphics card failed. Andy, friendly, helpful, professional and knows his stuff.

Here's my review from 2 years ago...

Came to my house the day after I phoned with replacement parts he'd already bought. He attempted to fix it at my place but my PC was stubborn, so he took it back to his workshop for further diagnosis. He phoned a couple of times from his workshop later that evening and showed me (via WhatsApp video) the progress he was making in testing for faults. By lunch the following day my computer was repaired and returned to me. Throughout, Andy was friendly, clear, and very willing to share his expertise with me (I asked a lot of geeky questions!) and teach me a few things about what goes on under the bonnet. Very pleased with his work. Would use again and recommend.

Can't thank Andy enough. After spending money on a download program to fix issues like mine I realised that I needed someone who would look into it properly. Andy sorted it out quickly and in the end he had to delete the program I had downloaded as it was showing as a virus. Thanks for being professional, honest and fair. Highly recommended and his number is on my pin board just in case!

Was pretty disappointed with the service I received to be honest. I have a gaming pc that had blown its power supply and after doing some shopping around decided to go to Andy as was impressed with his write up online. His website suggested that he had an understanding of gaming pc's so I believed he was the man for the job. He agreed to have a look at it for me and to be fair to him did manage to get it up and running again but unfortunately butchered the machine in the process. I paid £100 cash in total and am left with a damaged carcass with faulty inners. The machine will turn on now but immediately switches off after 30-45 mins use and will only work when laid on its side. It also has a separate wire exposed from within the housing that now acts as the power on switch as the original has ceased to work making the whole machine look very unsightly. I never received a receipt which is partly my own doing as never pushed for one after the work had been carried out (stupid I know). When I returned to him seeking further advice he said he could build me a new one from scratch but for a price. This wasn't what I wanted to hear really after he'd taken my money and left me with a faulty machine that I know still has/had plenty of life in it. I just wish he'd have been honest from the getgo and say he couldn't do anything for me and to take it elsewhere etc.

First of all I wish to make clear that I have no business connection or otherwise with Andy Church whatsoever. He was recommended to me by a friend of my wife's. We had been having trouble with losing wireless connection to the internet; it started about 3 weeks ago. Andy sorted this out in about 15-20mins. I had purchased a new router as my old one I suspected was the trouble, this he also installed in the said time. If it is not a physical thing he can remotely connect to your PC and fix the problem for you. Would I use again? Most definitely. Highly recommended from a happy customer.
