Very professional care and service. Arrived on time, shared the 'problems' that needed solving - completed task thoroughly and talked through what may have caused the problem. Checked lap-top and offered suggestions for improvement of general use also checked current link between lap-top and printer!
Quietly and thoroughly completed all tasks requested plus offered/checked general 'care' issues.
Very reasonable pricing which had been explained prior to 'meeting' - Good luck for the future -put me on your 'customer' list!

What a great service I received and extremely fast service as well. I contacted Andy-IT because my iMac was running extremely slow. I had tried everything and couldn’t make it run at a decent speed, it was struggling to open programs and a lot more besides.
I spoke with Andy and after a short discussion he felt confident he had an idea what the issue was, he asked me to bring it to him and he would run a few tests and confirm his thoughts. He diagnosed it and gave me options. What I liked was he wasn’t trying to sell me something he was honest and he advised a spend limit.
He was spot on and I’m now the happy user of my super fast iMac.
If you’re looking for a good service Andy-IT is the place to go, can’t recommend him enough. Thank you Andy

Fantastic service. Andy is the 4th emergency service! Andy is extremely knowledgeable without making things overly complicated. He is never patronising and no problem is too small and silly. He’s very quick to respond to issues and always provides clear, helpful answers and solutions. I appreciate that he can fix issues remotely, which is so convenient. Laptop had serious issues wouldn't turn on stuck in an infinite loop of unsuccessful start ups. I thought it was dead. Andy resurrected it and recovered all the data. Now works better than ever. Highly recommended
