From start to finish this has been my best experience of customer service.

I needed to have my PS5 repaired as it had an overheating issue and called up. I was greeted on the phone in a cheerful way and explained my problems which I was assured they were able to fix. I was told to drop it off anytime which helped me because I needed it done as soon as possible.

On arrival to the unit I felt very welcome and the owner was very hospitable. He explained the lead time and went thoroughly over what was required. This experience was like no other as I could see and hear how he really wanted to help me so I knew I was in good hands. We also, had good conversation about other things which was very insightful and interesting.

The communication over this period was great as I was made aware that the engineer was ill and was told he’d look at it as soon as which was the following day. The turnaround was quicker than I expected which was great as it was the day before Christmas.

He told me there is a warranty on the repair and showed me my PS5 was working on arrival. This whole experience has been smooth and quick.

I’d give more stars if I could will definitely be recommending and using again if I have any other faults.

Absolutely brilliant! I took an old CRT TV in to Any Gadget Repair which needed the sensor for the remote repairing, after finding no where else that would that would even look at it. Not only did their incredibly friendly and helpful staff take it in to diagnose the issue, but sourced new parts and fixed it! Really true to their name, they'll fix almost anything others can't! Will definitely be back if I need a gadget or appliance repairing and would recommend their services to anyone! Thank you!

It was one of those chilly autumn days when the dark night starts creeping in at 4:30 PM. I sat with my girlfriend (a Sony CFS-47L cassette player) in my chair, placed her on my shoulder, and we both cried for a long time, once again traveling through time and space. Suddenly, something snapped in her mechanism. Had I been too rough on her? She always liked it that way, but this time the Play button didn’t turn the tape anymore. I made the decision to take her to the place that had fixed my other two girlfriends (the Yamaha and Pioneer dual-deck players). I quickly got dressed, and we hit the road.

I drove like a madman, not caring much about traffic laws. From time to time, I glanced at the back seat, whispering softly that everything would be okay, that she just had to hold on. I rushed into the repair shop with the cassette player wrapped in blankets. "Doctor! Here! Help her!! Please, fix her!" I pleaded. "I need this player ready for school on Saturday morning."

The technician looked at me with pity and said, "She’ll pull through. It’s not her time yet." I knew I was leaving her in good hands, but would they be able to fix her in one day? That same night, I got a call from the technician, telling me the situation was serious, but to remain hopeful as they were doing everything they could. And they did! The next day, I picked her up from the repair shop. She played as well as in her prime.

I can honestly say that this service is made up of true professionals. In today's world, fixing a cassette player is an art, because it's such a complex mechanical device, where every gear and belt must work with perfect precision. They really did a fantastic job. To this day, they've fixed three of my girls.

I recently had my headphones repaired. The customer service was fantastic, the cost was extremely reasonable and they were repaired much more quickly than I thought they'd be.

My 70 inch Samsung TV wouldn't power up after 4 years of good service. Samsung weren't very helpful and I dreaded the worst. However after taking it in to Any Gadget Repair, they diagnosed the fault, sourced the replacement parts and had it back fixed and fully operational. All this for less than 10% cost of the TV. Thank you for a great experience. Would definitely recommend you to family and friends.

I had a good experience at Any Gadget Repair. I needed my PS5 console fixed. After diagnosis, I was provided a quote that was fair and repair was very quick. Easy and friendly place to visit if you need anything repaired.
