WOW never using any other garage EVER again. First impression very professional, polite and friendly more like a 5* luxury car hotel with a very welcoming atmosphere at reception, complementary coffee machine and a comfy waiting area.
Booked my car in for a major service & an engine warning light fault. shortly after dropping my car off I received a video of my car on the ramps by Luca explaining a very thorough inspection taking the time to explain the problem and how they can fix it.
I live in a village and the team have even suggested returning my car back to my home address when it’s all done for me.

Never experienced anything like this before from a garage. Apollo what a great hardworking team, fantastic price and extremely detailed. I would highly recommend, trustworthy and professional. Big thankyou to Julia, Billy, Luca & Chris Thank you all and I’ll be back at Easter for my MOT.

I cannot thank Apollo and the team for their expertise. Originally the car went in with an issue and upon doing a health check whilst in the garage a few other issues where raised, more than I think we both anticipated. I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Apollo Servicing & Repairs Bicester for their outstanding service. When my car wouldn’t start or go into gear, I had multiple mechanics inspect it, but none could accurately diagnose the issue—one even suggested it was a complete gearbox failure.

Taken my car to Apollo for an oil change and they gave me a free inspection. Team at Apollo are professional. I could seat and have a fresh ground coffee and watch the Machanic work on my car via tv on the wall. Wow. Needed a part for my car via there sister company in Banbury quick delivery of part needed and backup and running and making me aware every step of the way. So impressive will be going back.
