Absolute life savers! Replaced my MacBook Pro screen within 1 hour yesterday allowing me to hold an important Zoom meeting last night. I have used Apple Mac Repairs London (Crouch End) a couple of times in the past two months. I discovered (on a Sunday!) that my screen was faulty (horizontal and vertical lines.) I called Apple Mac Repairs London and was asked to come straight in. I discovered that the screen had a hairline crack (caused as a result of a fall two weeks earlier.) The screen was replaced on the spot and I was able to use it to begin my work week. (No booking in with Mac and at £360.00 a pretty good rate.)

They also helped me out today with an external DVD player that I could not get my Macbook Pro to recognise. They managed to get it up and running and talk me through the procedure for future use.

Nothing seems too much trouble for these guys. I would not go anywhere else now.

UPDATE: Just used them again: they explained how to set up an additional email account. Great to have these knowledgeable guys on hand when the lifeline that is our Mac goers down!
