Excellent service 👏

Excellent large hardware and mobility store in a little corner of Arnside. Ample parking and room to walk round the showroom with ease. A great service and we are lucky to have this handy store in Arnside. I usually manage to find what I’m looking for and if it isn’t on the shelf they will do their best to find it.

AVOID !! Extremely rude, abrumpt and unhelpful, I called stating that I had inherited a scooter to small for myself an need some advise about purchasing something, larger etc, I didnt even get the chance to get the words out of my mouth before I was shut down with" I dont give out advice for free, come in the store" ! If this is the level of customer service at the point of sale, I hate to imagine what it would be like if there was a problem.

My wife has used this shop on several occasions to supply mobility support aids for her sister. Most recently they supplied and delivered an electric recliner chair to Kirkby Lonsdale. They are knowledgeable and caring, going above and beyond the normal service to make sure they supply exactly the right product. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs help with their mobility.
