Dodgy place, I’ve been there a few times just to save money going elsewhere but the quality just gets worse and worse, had another recently for a screen which doesn’t even work, I’m also missing many screws including the most important ones down by the charger port. The only thing I can say is these guys are definitely dodgy and give very poor customer service in terms of the actual repair

Just been in to Arthur’s to have a new SIM card fitted, the gentleman that fitted it was so kind checked the battery and my apps and should me how to use the phone properly as being of the older generation I didn’t have a clue. He was so helpful to the young lady that was before me as well. That what I call old fashioned customer service. Thank you again for you kindness this morning.

I emailed at 8am this morning and had a response within the hour telling me that the rear glass of my iPhone 11 Pro Max could be replaced today for just £79.99!!!! I couldn’t believe how quick and reasonably priced this was! Can’t recommend these guys enough. Very reliable and will definitely be using them again when I next encounter a phone issue (hopefully not for a while haha) 👍🏼
