I would highly recommend Ashford Accident Repair. I had excellent communication with Tracy throughout the whole experience, and you can tell this is a very professional set up. The staff are humble, friendly, and make you feel valued as a customer.

The work was quick and efficient, in on a Monday and picked up on Friday. Looks as good as new. The courtesy car was nice and modern. Thank you very much for your great service.

The staff are very lovely to speak to, polite, helpful and will answer any questions you have. I had someone reverse into my car while I am sitting in my house, my insurance company were brilliant in organising everything. Ashford accident repair centre were good enough to collect my car and I was told it would be about 10 days for the repair to be done. Nine days later I collected it. They have done an absolutely brilliant job. They even valitted the car for me. Another brilliant job. I would recommend them to anyone.

This place only wants to deal with insurance companies to maximise profits. They charge £25 to look at your car before giving you a price on how much to fix any issue. I’d avoid it and use a mobile repair company if you have a little scratch.

Great panel beating and paintwork, highly recommend this bodyshop, no trace of incident and had both sides of the car across multiple panels in for repair. Tracy and the bookings team were also excellent, kept me updated on progress and went above and beyond to deliver and pick up at my convenience. Good courtesy car too

They had my car they took tools and jump leads and other items brand new brake pads they obviously went through my car as they found my sons phone but they had my car before the weekend they didn't ring to tell me they found the phone until I went to collect it on the Monday evening to then be told its gone to auction so I had to prove I brought the car back it had been picked up at 9am before I had a call of settlement I would be very careful of letting them take your car I had to ring to stop my car goimg into auction that day this is whay they admitted to taking out my car and even after seimg me the day they took my items out forgot to tell me they had I didn't know until a week later and seing my items missing
