I used this garage as they are recommended by RAC and I’m glad I have! They are really efficient and great value. I had a major service and MOT which would have been cheaper than a basic service with Honda 👍. It’s a bit out the way up the lane but don’t be deterred.

Awful experience from start to finish.

1. They weren't aware of my booking that I made online. I had to wait a over the bank holiday weekend for my car to be looked at.

2. A £72 charge for a 'diagnosis.'

3. The diagnosis was objectively incorrect. They concluded that I needed a new steering rack. Two other local garages verified that I didn't need one.

4. I spoke to the office and mechanic, both strongly confirmed the steering rack requirement, even when I asked if the Power Steering Sensor could be looked at/reset.

5. They quoted me over £1,100 for the steering rack, claiming that is the lowest possible price they could get it for (from Jayar). I could see the correct price for the steering rack part is £350.

6. I collected my car paying £72 for the diagnosis, with them having the car for over a week, them slowly drip feeding me information about availability, costs and a mechanic being off sick ... I took it to another garage who fixed the car by resetting the PS sensor.

7. When I raised my complaint they refused to respond.

Very good team and customer service. Seem to want to look after their customers and will always do their best to fit you in at short notice. Recently replaced a faulty oil filter for me free of charge. Good to have a garage I trust.

We recently used this garage to re-gas our air con. We bought the car in with perfectly fine air con, it just needed re gassing as wasn't as powerful as before and hadn't been done in a couple of years. I have left there with no working air con, £70 down and a manager who refuses to fix what he broke. Terrible customer service and we will never be using this garage again!

Gave my car in for tracking and 4 tyres fitted which I supplied. Amazing work done by the mechanic who found out that one of the tyres was defective ( I supplied the tyres) and was able to spot a small bulge on the sidewall. Took pictures of the tyre so I could send it back to the seller. Tracking was also done to an amazing standard with clear explanations to what he did to the car. I will not be taking any of my cars elsewhere apart from here!
