If I could give no stars, I would.

I came first on a Saturday because my phone screen smashed and they changed it but they also said the battery needed fixing.

I then came back again because the battery would die within the hour and the front speaker was not attached, so there was no sound. I told them the screen did not work but they did not believe me, and did not change it.

I then came again to get the phone screen fixed which was replaced and I was told if there is a problem they would reinburse me. The screen still has a problem it comes out orangey/red and is very sensitive on touch. My screen does not click on the tab I am pressing but elsewhere. They used a screen from another broken iPhone phone so do not use new products just reuse.

I paid £60, and I’ve had to come to the shop specially from north London twice at a cost of £34. I’ve spent £94 and my time to get something simple fixed that in north London would cost only £15.

Would NOT recommend every time I’ve called or been in the guys have been dismissive and can’t be bothered to speak and rush me off the phone. On the third attempt I was told I would get my money back if there was an issue. Yet, 6 days later and three ignored whatsapp no response or result.

Great customer service! The staff are polite and helpful. They diagnosed a problem with my laptop quickly, were clear about the cost (which was reasonable) before starting the work, fixed it the same day, gave me a 3 month warranty on the work and let me know exactly what went wrong so that it won't happen again. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff but not sure of their quality of product.Brought a privacy screen protector but the guy didn’t put it on correctly so I had to go back the next day.They were super lovely about it however after re attaching it, by the afternoon it was bubbling again.Never had that happen with a screen protector before but didn’t want to go back for a 3rd time so just took the loss

Exceptional service at the AT Digital Repair Center! Recently had my MacBook Pro's cracked screen replaced at an affordable price, and the process was quick and seamless. The screen now works perfectly! Following up the next day, I requested a battery replacement for my old MacBook, and not only did they find a second-hand battery in excellent condition (only around 50 cycles!), but they also generously replaced my broken speakers for free. Their dedication to quality service and customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Highly recommended!
