Extremely rude, ignorant and unprofessional attitude from the young boys working in the store I had to experience today. They are not interested at all and do not even try to find solutions to a problem. I'm very upset and I will never come back to this place. Avoid if you can.

Not even a 1 star!!!! Do NOT go here if you want warranty or a proper job doing! Shocking company especially when it comes to customer care!!!
I went here after I had my ear piece replaced on my iPhone 12pro! They told me that I would lose my Face ID feature which I had to consider! The member of staff told me I had 12 month warranty but it would effect me if I took it back to Apple. Apple obviously wanted a lot of money so I trusted this shop to do it, 6 months on and the ear piece has gone again and I went back to this shop that offered me 12 month warranty and they wanted more money and said to me that the member of staff lied to me about the 12 month warranty! Very annoyed indeed and they shown no interest what so ever! Very rude in fact and patronising! I certainly won’t be going back, and I hope others don’t get ripped off by this shop!!!

GREAT!!!
I had a wonderful experience today at atom they had incredible customer service and exceptional staff who are very knowledgable . I went for a screen repair worrying It would not be replaceable . Two very well spoken young lads served me and got the job done in less than an hour ! I would definetley recommend to freinds and family 👍

Got my dell laptop repaired here, it's definitely a trustworthy and decently priced place. The repair took longer than expected (which was understandable as the issue was complicated), however I had to chase them to get updates but other than that my laptop issue is solved so happy with the service.

I bought a iPhone 14 Pro Max and was told it was new it wasn’t it was refurbished but paid full price as if it was new. Oh well not to happy as no refunds only exchange .

Bought a Google pixel 8 pro from them today, I was there to buy from CEX but stopped past to see if they could work out a deal with me, he rang around and we negotiated with each other a came to a good price for ex display model, enjoyed the forward and back offers took a few hours to work out and hand shake at the end. How buying should be. Happy to give them my money instead of a major company. Got the best price possible for a new phone, case and protector included. Enjoyed the experience. Came with new warranty as well. 40% cheaper than going next door to EE or a main chain. Will come back for anything else in the future.
