Went to get windscreen replaced, they called me saying they couldn’t put the windscreen back in due to rust (which they clearly could have seen on other parts of the car and noticed that it might be an issue for the windscreen). Essentially told me they couldn’t help me and I was left with a car with no windscreen (so couldn’t even drive it away) and zero solutions from autoglass. Had to figure a towing service to take it to a body shop who kindly agreed to keep it there for a week (as I had a flight to catch later that afternoon) and would see if they could repair it (they now have).

Ridiculous that they don’t have any system in place for when jobs go wrong like this, leaving customers stranded without a drivable car and out of pocket.

I even submitted a complaint and still have heard nothing from them. One man was kind and apologetic but the other man there was patronizing and horribly rude.

Be aware! I got a parking fine from the kassam parking people! To be fair Autoglass said will sort, but it was a surprise to get a £60 fine in the post! Car was only left for the period of the glass repair

The service was great but someone should mention that this might happen

I have just had my daughter on the phone in floods of tears having been charged £900 to replace a passenger side window in a car worth less than the glass. She has a baby and can’t afford to pay this and is now on a payment plan with auto glass for well over a year. Auto glass would have known that admiral would not cover this when they took the initial £100 as an insurance job. Local company would have been about £250. Absolute crooks one star is way to much for this company avoid at all costs

I had an appointment, was dealt with very promptly but friendly staff. Great suggestion of a hotel lounge to go and sit in whilst I waited, the 'shop' is basically a posh portacabin in the car park at the kassam! Great repair done, very happy.

Seemed fine at first and the replacement windscreen looks fine but they didn't call me to tell me the job was done and they've closed the office leaving me stuck with a car but no key
