I had a very good experience with these guys. I was nervous of sending my Mercedes Ignition Key module off to an unknown company, but I was informed at every stage of the process. It actually turned out that the module was fine and I was refunded the fee that I prepaid and charged a very reasonable inspection fee. Module returned promptly.... I would reccomended them and use them again.

I needed a quick fix for my van it’s my business - the ignition switch on my Vito had broken - so wait approximately a week for a new one from Mercedes or get an immediate repair from Autotronics.
Their service was simply brilliant my ignition switch was fixed in an hour at a fraction of the cost of what Mercedes would have charged.

dodgy company. if they cannot repair, they will damage your item and says damaged in delivery and stole your money. very dodgy company.

Top notch customer service from the folks at Autotronics. Thanks to them for sorting out the instrument cluster on my Triumph Rocket 3R. It came back from them fixed but the screen was cracked. It could have happened in transit or at my local Triumph dealership when it was being refitted but Autotronics said, 'Send it back to us and we'll replace it.............. for free.' Can't fault that, can you? 5*

I engaged Autotronics in April 2024 to repair a screen in the instrument cluster from my Ferrari 458. Autotronics carried out the repair, but upon receiving the cluster back I've discovered the screen doesn't display information from the infotainment system. Investigation by a 3rd party workshop condfirmed the issue is with the instrument cluster by installing a cluster from another Ferrari 458. When I contacted Autotronics with description of the issue, they admitted upon several follow ups that they are unable to address the issue as they've never seen it before and they don't have tools to properly test the cluster upon repair. Warranty not honored, refund not provided, and since I'm located outside UK it's very difficult and cost prohibitive for me to follow legal route with them. Do not ever trust Autotronics with any repair as they don't have knowledge, expertise and tools to properly diagnose, repair and test your items.

Had a mercedes engine ecu with problems. Autotronics were able to supply replacement unit with data copied from faulty one . Fitted to car which now starts and runs perfectly. Thanks your your help.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish...comms 1st class, repair of my moms A Class, instrument cluster issues with gauges and random flashing warning lights...sent to these guys via DHL...returned in a week, all sorted...cluster works as it should...definitely recommend 😀

Pretty disappointed. I explained make and model of my factory car amp. Explained the issue was a suspected no sound. I sent it in to them. 4 days later I was told it was beyond economical repair as there was no sign of water damage but they couldn't test the model fully. So they just wrote it off. Why wouldn't they explain that before I sent it in that they couldn't test this model fully? Total waste of time and the cost of
sending in and receiving it back.

I was told something different on the phone, so body is spinning me a line. I was told they could not fully test my model. As the engineer could not find any water damage, he just wtote it off as they could not fully test. I just needed to know if was faulty or not and you could not even tell me that. So now you're telling me it is faulty? I'm £20 down and have no definitive answer.
