I’ve had nothing but positive experience with this tailor that I would like to share my experience with them.
Muhammad is so knowledgeable, trustworthy and helpful, he gives his honest opinion and advice that you can’t go wrong with.
I brought a leather belt that needed shortening, and all what I can say, I AM IMPRESSED! The belt had so much details that needed to be changed however, It took them only two days to do it with fascinating end result..
Thank you Muhammad and team, definitely recommend and definitely more than 5 stars, will be back again for all my future tailoring needs.

I brought in two pairs of jeans and another pair of light summer trousers that needed to be hemmed. One pair of jeans turned out fine, the work on the second pair, however, was done poorly. The jeans had a very slight bootcut but the new hem seems to be too wide for the new shorter leg. This resulted in ugly wavy fabric at the bottom and deformed the pair of jeans into a trompet like ending. These were a pair of high end denim and will now have to go to someone else who will hopefully be able to save them.

Mr Muhammad said that the trumpety shape will go away with the next washes but after two washes it’s still there and it remains poorly executed work.

He also said he needed a review from me and asked how many stars I will give him when I picked up the trousers. I believe this “putting customers on the spot” speaks for itself and made me feel rather uncomfortable.

He did offer me to bring back the jeans to have another look at them but I declined as I didn’t want to have more damage done.

The new hem stitch of the summer trousers was not done in a clean straight line either and is uneven in one place.

I would not recommend this tailor if you have high end pieces that you love and care about.

Very happy with my first experience of using B X TAILOR & ALTERATION in Watford. I needed to have 2 dresses and trousers altered. The dresses required more work than my normal request to shorten due to the shape of them and i was very happy with how they turned out. The shop was able to complete the work on short notice and was very happy to do so. I will definitely return.

Muhammad and his team are incredible! I had my wedding dress altered with them and they were able to change the usual sizing/length but also special alterations to suit my dress and desire to change things between my ceremony and reception. What can I say but all round excellent service. The finishing on a raw hem of a very old but unworn vintage pea coat is excellent. The hemming and turn ups I required on some flannel trousers has been expertly executed. Above all of that the measurement service in terms of accuracy and speed was fantastic. Moreover the additional turn around time and getting them delivered to me was the icing on the cake. I will most certainly be a repeat customer and would highly recommend their services.

Always an excellent experience! I've used BX's services several times now and I'm always so pleased. From dry-cleaning winter coats, to small alterations, to larger jobs like altering a bridesmaid dress! They always pay very close attention to detail and offer extra finishing touches. I cannot recommend this tailor enough! After visiting multiple other shops that told me they couldn’t alter my suit, I finally found this gem. Not only were they confident they could handle the alterations, but they completed my suit jacket in just a few days! The attention to detail was impeccable, and it fit perfectly.

I could not have had a better experience, I asked them if they could repair a hole in my northface jacket. He gave me loads of options i decided to go with the cheaper just sew the gap up for £20 and when i came back he had done the more expensive option of £55 to refit and whole new circle of material, for the same price and even offer to redo it back to just sewing it up if i want. 5* service
