Had a water spill on my 2023 MacBook Pro and took it here for repair. He was friendly and helpful throughout the process. It took about two weeks to fix due to parts delays, but every time I called to get an update, he was polite and explained the situation. The repair was done for a much more reasonable price compared to Apple. Now it's working perfectly without any issues. Would definitely recommend!

I came here for the second time, and the repair professional was very helpful again! My laptop fan had a problem, and he quickly found what was wrong and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. The best part is I didn’t have to leave my laptop there. The service was fast and friendly. I really recommend this place!

Best service I received. Laptop had coffee spilled on the keyboard and many others couldn't either give me a quote or a timeline to fix. Went here and this was sorted within 7 minutes after he had ordered the keyboard. Transparent, honest and an expert; Fully recommend!

As a technological neophyte, I had no clue what to do when my laptop (with a keyboard with a non-functioning ENTER) showed a ‘fan not working’ message and then shut down. B2K took the thing apart in front of me, cleaned the fan and screwed it back together, and hey presto, problem solved. Not only were they uncommonly efficient and professional, they also proved a gentleman-beyond-the-call-of-duty and refused payment for “just putting in a few screws”. I have required laptop repairs across the land from Salisbury to Hull but nowhere found the expertise and pure-Good-Egg’ness I found here.

I brought my Galaxy Projector lamp here because the USB port had fallen out. They did an amazing job replacing it! The service was fast, professional, and reasonably priced. My projector works perfectly now. Highly recommend this shop for any electronic repairs!

I've had two laptops fixed at B2k now, and had a fantastic experience both times - a battery replacement that had been done unsuccessfully at a different shop was switched over and running perfectly in practically no time at B2k, and when I feared having to have a laptop fan replaced, B2k managed to clean it thoroughly and get it running again smoothly - again, in barely any time! I couldn't be happier, nor could I have more trust in their expertise. The shop also feels like a welcoming environment for all levels of tech knowledge, and the staff member who's worked on both of my laptops is really friendly and helpful. I have absolutely no doubts about returning straight away the next time I need a repair!

I went in with water damage on my laptop, and unfortunately, I made the mistake of plugging it in and turning it on, which made repairs impossible. Despite that, I truly appreciated how thorough and honest he was as he took the time to diagnose the issue and even gave me valuable advice on what to do (and what to avoid) in the future, even though it might seem like common sense. What really stood out to me was his integrity, at another shop they might have strung me along, claiming they could fix it just to charge me, knowing full well it was beyond repair. His honesty and professionalism made all the difference, and that’s rare to find.

I had my laptop fixed here a couple weeks ago after spilling a coffee on it, customer service here is excellent and they even gave me some advice on what to do if something like this were to happen again. Really quick service, and reasonable prices .100% recommend!
