Great turn around time and reasonably priced repair - brought my laptop back from the dead after a loose screw shorted the logic board.

UPDATE - I took my laptop back for an unrelated fault to the first one, where a bios update bricked the laptop. In this time, they had it for around a year, where not much progress was made - by the end of that year, they would tell me that the graphics card on the laptop was at fault, not the original fault I brought it to them for. With no end in sight, I took back the laptop as everything was taking much too long.

Eventually, after thinking my laptop was dead for a while, I decided to search again for another repair person, who was found and who has diagnosed the original fault of a bricked bios in a week and flashed it to the laptop, which is now working and booting. There are some missing screws also which are for the CPU heat sink, which I will need to replace before using the laptop properly.

The guys here are lovely, and no doubt do great work (the glowing reviews show what sort of things they excell at), and certainly try their best where they can - they even lent me a laptop for a period of time so I could work. However, I think for certain, more specialist repairs, you should try somewhere else.

My only wish was perhaps that they could have put their hands up earlier, and said it wasn't something they could do - perhaps I was too nice about it also, and should have pushed to get the laptop back earlier, but I did trust them.

Cleaned out my phone port that wasn’t charging in 10 minutes and were super friendly and helpful giving me recommendations thatd be more cost effective incase it wasnt dirt and i needed to replace the whole port
