I was having issues with my charging port on my Samsung A54. It would not charge properly and was getting the good old "moisture" notifications. Took it in and it was sorted straight away and I've had no issues since. Great service. Thankyou

Very unhelpful! I took a water damaged mobile phone in for assessment for insurance purposes and was told they do not give written estimates or appraisals only verbal. I expected to be able to pay for an estimate but they were not willing to help. Won't be going back there and won't be recommending

I went there after phoning to see the availability of a Bass guitar 🎸 and although the stock was small in that type of instrument Steve helped me see the quality of the guitar and even let me try it out with his amp, you don't often get easy and helpful people these days so it is refreshing to see. I have been back more times since so it's a big thumbs up for Bedrocks, p s the store is good for phones and accessories 😊😊😊👍👍👍🎸🎸🎸🎼🎼🎼

Visited this lovely friendly shop today seeking help with my mobile phone that was as dead as a dodo. Can't speak highly enough for the help I received from the owner, left the phone at the shop for 30 minutes, on my return it turns out that it was the cable for charging my phone that was the problem, bought a new cable, phone working perfectly now, many many thanks, would highly recommend.
